Took 15 days for a product of mine in my business to be offloaded from ship. Arrived 5/4, offloaded yesterday.
All ports are having congestion issues and logistical shortages.

I'm guessing you aren't looking for an SR or something lol. My dad asked about a Pro in January and that was about the quoted timeline here in So Cal. The rep downsold real quick.

Hey @Rod03 , do you have a link pointing to a post where I can learn how to do VIN lookup? Or maybe a short detailed set of instructions? Thanks a ton

@Rod03 does that mean it’s still on a boat in the harbor or it has been unloaded? On 5/10

It was unloaded I assume since they scan the VIN, is sitting there waiting for a truck to go to the dealership most likely.

Your salesman should be able to provide your VIN number.

I'm guessing so. My EL Pro was made on 2/25 and made it to Mexico port on 3/19, loaded onto a ship on 4/17 and unloaded at Long Beach 4/25. Been sitting at Long Beach since 4/25. I'm starting to get annoyed, and called my dealership yesterday. I hope the sales mgr at dealership contacts his regional manager to get it moving. That's what he told me, so we'll see how that goes.

It is incredibly frustrating. I would ask your salesperson to send you a screenshot like this. That way you're not in the dark since you can't pull vspec. I would probably speak with a sales manager at this point since you are not getting good info from your salesperson.
