    I don't get the whole thing about charging for nitrogen in tires. Air is already 78% nitrogen, not like that extra 22% is going to account for much. At least not enough to be worth it in a daily driver.

    Thanks but I was talking about the Toyota app. Apparently I didn't have to do more than put in my VIN. I got some unlocked door notifications the other day.

    Unfortunately, no. I'm one of those on QC hold. Truck went on QC hold a few days before arriving at the railyard, and it has been on hold ever since. Salesman says it is because the railyard is completely backed up on incoming inspections.

    This might be my truck, I need to hear back from the dealer to be sure. Somebody else may have ordered it first.

    Rod could you check this VIN please?

    My maintenance supervisor thinks that something quality related was discovered in the batch of double cab automatics that put them all on QC hold across the country. No manuals were on hold, at the time (5/24). He does not think they would ship them on rail, if they knew there was an issue before shipping. If true, that would not support the rail yard backup theory. I am hopeful that he is not correct and that the truck is coming soon. Welcome thoughts on this.

    My initial wait was 45-ish days. I was suppose to pick it up yesterday, but it got pushed to the 15th a few weeks ago. Got a call today that it's on hold at some port for another 45-60 days. For reasons the dealer doesn't know either. All I have to say is whatever date they give you, be ready to accept the fact it'll probably be longer.

    @Rod03

    Can you check this one again? Been using toyota-tracker and today its reverted from F status back to A?? This is concerning because last I checked the vehicle departed via rail on 5/20.

    Thanks in advance

    What point in the year do they start shifting production the the next model year? I'm probably 2-3 more months waiting on an allocation.
