I don't think so, but YMMV. I put down a deposit on Jan 3rd and am still waiting (supposed to be built this month), so I'm kind of in the same scenario as you. My garage is full of stuff (sliders, skids, rack, etc.) I took off my 2017 when I sold it, plus quite a few new items I have been stockpiling since Feb. With all the supply chain BS and inventory shortages impacting various companies, I'm basically grabbing items I want as they are available (suspension, wheels, etc.).

May end up biting me in the ass, but I doubt it. I will buy another 3rd Gen...eventually...

Got my first Multiple Door Unlock notifications from the app… let’s hope that means it’s starting to move.

How were you able to get a build date in Hawaii? My dealer told me they won’t get any updates until car is in ship.

My salesman gave me a build month, not date. The original build month was April, which got slid to July. He said they don't get the VIN until the truck is on the boat to come over here.

Edit: to say that your dealer is correct that they really don't have a solid update until the truck is built and ships (hence the VIN). I'm assuming you are Servco like me, so your dealer should be able to at least provide you a build month.

Thanks, mine has supposedly been at the port for a while, so I’m hoping this is it leaving the port.

Sorry just got back, GT on the dealer side means deliver on that day or next. Once it hit ground it goes to a G only. Which is what the tracker used to show.

@Rod03, can you check on 3TMCZ5AN6NM512473 at your convenience. Not too optimistic on movement, but hopefully. Thank you. The time and effort you put in for all of us is truly appreciated.
Beverage sent your way this morning.

Yes I’m with servco. All my salesman told me was my truck should be delivered late August/early-mid September.

I am pretty sure any Vin with a letter in the last 6 digits is a temp vin. Mine has a A. Last 6 all numbers is what we need to see I believe.

Sounds to me like they are expecting your truck to be built in August then. My salesman told me a July build with a late July to mid-August delivery. Not sure why they couldn’t give an actual date, but we do know that the process over here is a bit different than the mainland.

@Rod03 I think my ship Seven Seas Highway left PONY... did it drop off my JTME6RFV3ND528191 ?
Will there be any updates while it waits in Port to get accessories installed or will the next notification be when it gets on a truck/train?
Also via the Toyota app will that now give notifications or does that not happen until it gets to a dealership?
    Thanks!!!

In the post COVID world, results vary. I take door lock notifications as a sign of movement.

This is the first DCLB trd-or I've seen I'm a long time... does it also have premium, and advanced tech?
