    Mine was built on 7-7, just got notified it was being sent back to the plant for repairs. This whole system is a nightmare

    The steps are port installed. Anything on the spec sheet that says pio is done at the arriving port. My 4runner arrived at Newark port and had running boards and floor liners door edge guards and paint protection film applied there after it came off the boat.

    No Idea. Email only states they found a defect. This is just crazy stuff.

    Maybe we've all gotten trained up by using computers, phones, and tablets that have become faster and faster, with information which is easier to acquire... that we are losing the ability to be patient. If it's in the interest of Quality Control, I think it's better for us that the factory address the issues rather than the port or the dealerships.

    It was wonderful to go to the dealer's lot and see tens of a particular model and choose something. I don't know if we ever go back to that.

    I was wondering the same thing about the Tonneau Cover. My Limited was built 7/5 and has not moved. Dealer is supposed to update me tomorrow.
