How long did you have to wait for your factory 2022 order/request/whatever it is called?

    LOL just got a call from the dealer today, on the truck that was built 5.25, that it's finally off 'hold' Whatever that means. I had to tell the poor guy I'm driving my new truck I picked up last Wednesday. He was blown away it was on the lot. He didn't hassle me at all about refunding my deposit. He'll sell that truck in a day probably. Whenever it actually gets there. Not my problem anymore.

    I've got the app installed and my VIN registered, but does the vehicle have to have specific features or things installed or activated for these unlock/mileage notifications to be sent/recieved?

    New guy here, Awaiting arrival of our TRD Off-road DCSB 4x4.So far put deposit down on 7/17/2022- Build date 8/9/22 supposedly going to be at dealership 8/16/22 . We live in Southern California and are driving up north to the Bay Area to purchase the truck for MSRP this Friday HOPEFULLY. If it works out 1 month wait sounds like we got lucky..

    That's the rub. These guys NEVER told me any specific status, where it was, what the hold was, parts? Chips? Recall? Fell off a truck? Meteor? Nothing. The not knowing anything and no ETA was the worst.

    I guess it was too good to be true. After receiving an email (Friday) from the dealership titled "Your new Toyota has arrived!" with instructions on scheduling pickup "within the next 48 hours" and coordinating that with my salesperson; today (Monday) the salesperson tells me it hasn't arrived at the dealership and didn't give me an ETA. So now they have $46k of my money from a wire transfer, and no truck.

    Our 2 week old is a 5 year gap to our oldest, I can only imagine an extra 5 years!

    May need to upgrade that “buy a beer” to include diapers and formula!

    Are you able to track temp VINs, or only permanent?
