    Thanks @Rod03! Can you look into 3TMCZ5AN4NM528977 also? This is my second dealer I put a reservation on. Heard zero from this dealer other than them giving me the perm VIN.

    Good news. Thanks! I got a few door notifications on Thursday, one today, and a drip of gas with a mile on the odometer as of this afternoon.

    Many thanks. I’m new here and new with the lingo. So:

    • what does SET mean?
    • How does @Rod get their info and can we as well?
    • I keep seeing posts where people are getting notifications of which step their truck is. How?
    • Which Toyota app can you track your vehicle exactly
    • I was given a temp vin by my dealer. I assume this is somehow traceable?

    SET is Southeastern Toyota. NC, SC, GA, FL, and Alabama.

    You can go to Toyota website and make an account and add your temp VIN to see your build. If you ever enter the temp VIN and it has stopped working it means your truck was probably just built and the temp VIN cancelled.

    Regarding notifications, when you set up connected services on the app you will start getting notifications of things like your doors unlocking. This may be limited to certain models and afaik you must have you permanent VIN entered into the app.

    I have android and the app just says Toyota.
