    I thought so, but then I got an E-Mail from my sales associate telling me it had arrived at the Port of Boston on the 11th and to expect one to three weeks before delivery, and then another message from him on the 15th saying it had already been delivered. I'm picking it up tomorrow with all of the accessories I've asked for except the Cat Shield which is on back order.

    The thing is, I never got an alert the vehicle had moved from the Veracruz port to the RoRo vessel; I'm assuming this is because I have a manual transmission and such alerts do not happen for those of us with three pedals under the dash.

    Interesting, mine updated to 2 miles on the 23rd of September, then to 3 miles in early October, then..., nothing! The odometer reading went to N/A until today, where it is now showing 5 miles and a full tank of gas.

    I pick her up tomorrow. :)

    I got mine with 5 miles and a full tank as well! Now it's up to 297. That means I'm allowed to do "hard braking" haha.

    @Rod03 curious what info you see for this VIN? 3TYCZ5AN2PT41A048.

    The dealer said it would get built on the 23rd but the build week in that VIN indicates it should have been built last week.

    My dealer notnproviding any details except its arrival between 11/2 - 11/7. I live in westren Washington and the dealer is in IL. He said he would give weekly updates but no news. @Rod03 is our saviour. I am hoping to fly by end of this month and drive back. Hoping to get before 11/7.

    So I've been kind of back and forth on how to pay for my new Tacoma, my options are:
    1. Pay cash for it, which would take money away from other potential targets of investment opportunity,
    2. Finance it through either PenFed or Navy Fed,
    3. or, let the dealership finance department arrange financing.

    Today I was chatting with my sales associate and he confirmed Toyota Financial Services is still offering 2.49% for up to 48 months; kind of a no brainer as that rate is about two points lower than Navy Fed.

    Given how low the TFS interest rate is, I'm kind of surprised I don't hear more folks leveraging TFS for their financing.

    That's good to hear. I'll be in the same boat soon. I found 2.75% a few weeks ago but the rest were closer to 4-5.

    Sometimes they have exclusions on special financing and don't include special vehicles like the Pro or Supra...
