How long did you have to wait for your factory 2022 order/request/whatever it is called?

Because they will eventually check it for a QC issue, but it will likely just sit there for a long time before they actually get to it. The holds span about a months worth of build dates so they have a month of production backlog to go through and check.

So are these coming off hold based on build date ? Or is it totally at random?
Looks like the hold for everyone says either 2/14 or 2/17 but the build dates are all over the place

 

It could be build date within a given port/holding area? Or whichever truck is parked closer.....

FWIW, I think the toyota tracker lagged behind on my truck as well.

I’ve given up trying to make sense of it. It’ll get here when it gets here I guess. And I’ve just accepted that it’s probably going to be a couple of more months. If I get lucky and it comes off hold early, great! But I’ve given up any hope of actually getting information about it from Toyota.

Are the trucks finally coming of hold that are on 2/14-2/17?

 

Hi, also first time on this forum!
I put a deposit down on October 2022 and my dealership (located in Vancouver Canada) emailed me on Dec 19 informing me that he got me an allocation for the 2023 TE Lunar Rock (screen shot showing VTN number) and was currently in production on the day he emailed and the ETA is next month… Up until late last week he emailed again saying the truck is still in production. Just wondering if anyone has any idea on when I should expect to hear back with the status change to “in transit” and if all goes well during transit, how long will it take to get to the dealership? Would there be a chance I could see it in May instead...? I know it’s only been 5 months.. but the wait is killing me, lol. TIA!

I just got an email from SiriusXM congratulating me on my trial subscription for the Taco. That must mean the dealer is PDI'ing it. I don't think the transport driver gets to that level of detail. LOL! Waiting on the call to pick up the pickup!
