I was offered a TRD OffRoad from dealer who said be truck was on train in Oregon in "FI state", meaning on hold for Federal Inspection. It was already over due by about 45 days and previous reservation bailed on it. He said there was good chance it would be released soon. Thats was too much uncertainty for me.

I found almost exact same model at another dealership (Seattle area). Dealers says is due "by end of month". Would be great to know if that's accurate.

If you can get the dealership to do it having them send you a screenshot of their “dealer daily” information on the truck you will get the true information that they have. That way you know if they actually have a real date they are seeing or if they are just making that up to try to get you to commit.

Looks like this one is potentially on the same train as mine, though on a different rail car, and just going to different destinations on the same route:

Build dates were different.

Does anyone know whether it's possible to trace/track KANSAS CITY SOUTHERN DE MEXICO rail cars?

 

So I was actually just able to trace my rail car TTGX995711, using these instructions posted on another vehicle forum.
The result was that apparently my train car left Laredo, TX earlier today at 3:22AM.

But, then when I traced TTGX981636, the system responded with something about Edgewood, IL yesterday at ~7AM.

Those two don't add up, unless @Fuzzmedic is in Illinois, and the two aren't on the same train and Fuzzmedic's made it all the way to CANDLERIDGE and then moved onto Illinois.

Should I be excited, or is the tracing not valid?!
