No telling if your dealer was guessing on a delivery date in order to close a sale or the customer provided delivery estimate was based on previous deliveries.

Lots of different vendors in foreign vehicle logistics. Your vehicle is just one kernel in a system that is being held hostage by a wait for a fully loaded train, ship or car carrier to depart to the next destination on the delivery journey.

The wait process is frustrating.
