How long did you have to wait for your factory 2022 order/request/whatever it is called?

TRD Off Road with manual transmission. It's red, not my first, second, or even third choice in color, but its growing on me the more I look at pictures.

 

Look for ‘Vehicle Status’. It will tell you tire pressure when air goes in. And doors lock/unlock. Once they start moving it around and put gas in an odometer reading should come up in top left corner and then gas tank reading.

Thanks. When you added your VIN to the Toyota app did you register/begin the Connected Services like Remote Connect, Safety Connect, etc?

 

Sure did

 

Nope. Still haven’t. I kinda think you can only do connective services when taking possession. But idk.

Once you’re connected on your VIN you should get auto notifications pop up on your phone that doors are locked/unlocked, tires filled, and I think mileage changes. You won’t even have to look. When doors are going you know it’s moving. Should get to 4 mi or so into and out of port on rail and trucks. I just suspect it has to get to port and they start going over the truck and activating the tech/electronics. They do a lot of qc too.

@DragonPro23, could I ask if you could check the status of my 23 Tacoma? Supposedly it's at the Houston port, awaiting shipment to OKC, the dealer in OKC said the hold up was due to a "rail car shortage". I can't find it on the pending sale, and the dealer said they moved it on their inventory sheet to sold to me. I hope they haven't sold it from under me as I put down a deposit.
