The dealership estimated mine too last another 45k miles or so (currently at 47k). That was before I told them I drive 90% long highway miles.

TRD emblems, tinted windows, OEM running boards, AVS vent shades, RMAS upgrade, LED lights in front and rear, interior LED lighting upgrade, LED lighting in bed, touch control dash mount for LED lighting, auxillary 12v and USB jacks in bed, replace all speakers with Infinity, custom mod with Bose tweeters, TRD Pro illumination mod...
MY 2017 TRD OR Access cab has 86000+ klms now. The last time I was in for an oil change I was informed that the front brakes were just under 40%.
Truck still stops fine pulling my pop-up camper so I will wait until I get to about 20% before I replace everything up front with the HD rotors and pads I bought for a discount on the local buy-sell site.

I currently have 67K on my original brakes on my 2017 Off Road. Last time I had a wheel off they appeared to be somewhere in the 40 - 50% remaining range.

My 2020 is on it's 2nd set. Changed the 1st set when I rotated the tires at 5K miles.
Figure I'll change them every tire rotation since I'll have the tires off anyways.
Nothing like good ole' preventative maintenance!

Change your brake pads with every oil change?

No, not with every oil change. That would be at 10K miles. Change them at every tire rotation 5K miles.

Dang, why would you change your brake pads every 5K miles?

It should be important for posters to mention if they changed them based on a shops recommendation or from personal visual inspection.

I've seen some shady shops want to change out the entire brake system at 80% life remaining.

It’s amazing the stark mileage difference between replacing brake pads.

Harden your bark, there are storms on the horizon.
2nd gen front pads went to 80,000. Rotors lasted till 110,000.

Sorry, the new one has basically no miles yet, so no data there. I expect similar results.

I traded in my 06 Sport just a bit ago for a new one, and at 164k miles, I had the original brakes on them. Service guy said they looked fine.

75,000 miles on my 2018 OR DCLB, and the dealership just told me that there are still 9mm left on the original front pads (that's a lot btw). I was skeptical, cause that seemed like too much pad left, but it's true. I engine brake a good amount, but considering that I lived in CO for most of the life of this truck, then moved to Alaska hauling a 6,000-ish pound trailer, I was expecting the pads to be well passed their life.

My front lasted around 60k still had some life in them 10%ish but I changed them because I was starting to get a vibration in the rotors. 2017 Off Road.

Replaced warped rotors at 24k, replaced pads anyways. Someone got some 70% pads on the curb along with rotors, that are probably installed somewhere currently
