I had to have front pads and calipers installed in May to pass inspection. I had just over 60k. I think it was $315 can, for each caliper. Rear are still good.

I went a little over 50K before I needed to change my first set of tires, and I got them to check my brakes while they were replacing my tires and they told me that they were fine still and good to go.

I'm right around 50,000 and mine haven't even started to squeal. I drive easy though. I let off way before coming to a stop sign. I'd say they will start wearing out quicker now that I'm having to stop 35s rather than the stock size.

funny to compare since wear will be determined mostly by where the car is driven, if you go freeway all the time (not stop and go traffic) it's not gonna be even close to someone driving mostly city, towing, etc. there's going to be a huuuuge difference in the amount of miles the pads/rotors last.

I went to my local tire shop at 45k to have them checked... He said he thought they would last until at least 100k. I will probably have them checked again at 75k.

62k on original pads, i think i notice them not grabbing as well as they did when the truck was new and i get a little squeak when easing off the brakes. I meant to check them yesterday but since this new time change i was only able to wash the truck...
on another note, i need something to do this weekend so i may go ahead and change the pads just for the hell of it.

for the people who have replaced their brake pads, what replacements would y'all recommend?
