2021 SR5 DCLB, it's my first truck, first new vehicle. I've owned quite a few Toyota's in the past. My Dad was a diehard Toyota guy while growing up though, popped his pickup in 4lo strapped to a tree truck and started teaching me to drive stick at 12yo lol, I loved driving his trucks over my years, figured it's time to carry on the torch.

    I drove a 1998 Toyota T100 from 2001-2018, and got my OR-DCLB in August 2018.

First, there was an '07 SR5 4x4 MT, it saw 230k
    Screenshot_20210228-063938_Instagram.jpg
There was also an '06 Prerunner OR AT (work truck) that did just over 300k.
    Screenshot_20210403-201009_Instagram.jpg
Then I traded the '07 for a '15 AC OR MT that I put 90k on. Then in January I traded the '15, and now we're here...
    20210315_150905.jpg

Been lots of places, and well over 500k miles in a Taco of one shape or another.

Just finishing the second year of my first Tacoma (and truck). Should have bought one long ago but $$$ and family considerations always an obstacle. Finally said "if not now, when?" and took the plunge. Will hit 30K miles in the next couple weeks.

I did not realize at the time that Tacoma is much a lifestyle as it is a truck (otherwise why would I be here, LOL).

2012 with only 59K on it and it is in immaculate condition. Magazine quality. Sold my 1st gen and regret it every day. Sold the 4Runner with 325K on it and everything still worked.

First Toyota and pickup for that matter. Bought 2 months ago with 8k miles on it. Looked brand new. Guessing some old lady/man drove it for a year and sold it. Found bifocals in the glasses holder.

2019 m/t TRD OR DCSB. Love it. Came from a 2002 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Huge upgrade.

i used to have a new 2018 TRD OR, put 5000 miles / had it for a year, traded it in for bmw m240i, sold the bimmer, got a 2021 TRD OR, currently has 1400miles, planning to keep this , trucks are just more practical and useful

Its my very first tacoma being a 2020 coming from a 2001 tundra. So far 8.5k miles no issues. In the past i've had several toyota compact 4wd pickups all the way back to 1978.

First Tacoma, 4 months old. I bought it because I wanted a daily driver that was also fun like a Jeep that I could drive on the beach with and tow a little (was looking at Rubicon Wranglers/Gladiators) but more reliable/easier to maintain and when I test drove the Tacoma it was much smoother and more comfortable on the road.

I went with a 1 year old TRD Pro because it was the same price as a brand new TRD OR/TRD Sport with the premium package plus had all the cosmetic stuff I would have had to upgrade already on it.

Haha, I came from a 340i myself for similar reasons. I didn't commute with my bimmer but we're moving out to the burbs and I just didn't trust putting 15k miles a year on the 340i so I wanted something more practical/reliable. I almost got a Wrangler but realized they aren't that reliable in which case there would have been no point selling the 340i. I do miss that B58 engine though, but the Tacoma is more relaxing to drive when you can see above the other cars.

This is my first truck, 2018 sr5 4x4. Purchased new in December 2017, just under 55k miles now on it. No issues whatsoever, just recalls that have since been taken care of, millimeter wave sensor and fuel pump. I took it in just for the sake of fulfilling it, but I had no issues with either. The truck has been very useful and practical for my needs.
