I waited until mine was out of warranty. However, drive it for a while, do research and don't feel like you have to do everything all at once.

If you don't like all the gear searching when you drive the truck, the OTT tune will resolve that. And then you will never regret it. I drove my truck for about 2 years un-tuned, and I hated it. And then I found this forum and I read about guys getting the tune then saying how much they liked it, then decided to get the tune. I do not regret it. So it's up to you, if you like it the way it is no problem you're good to go, if not then look into a tune. I had KDMax Pro for a year, then switched to the OTT I like it better this way. 2 cents.

I NEVER thought a new car would need a tune like this, EVER, but then I drove the 2020 Tacoma, and realized I didn't like the gear-searching. It's a preference. Let us know what you decide.

Depends on your situation but I’d suggest driving it for a while and doing a bunch of research to see what you really think you want/need. Some mods are big, expensive and require a bit of a commitment. Others not as much. I waited till my truck was paid off and out of warranty before messing with the suspension. But bought a tonneau and seat covers right away.

I’ve had my sport less than two weeks. OCD organizer, window tint, Offroam phone holder already installed. Wheels and tires on Thursday. Then a bed cover , Husky floor mats, Toyota bed mat, cat shields to be topped off with a OTT tune.

first mods I did at no cost was removing the TRD bed decals and all badges and removed that ugly air dam up front.
