I've got a 2000 Tacoma SR5 completely unmodified except I added a trailer hitch. I got an old pop-up camper (about 1200 pounds) for cheap and want to go camping with it on my Tacoma. The guy who sold me the camper said I need to add lift springs. So, two questions:
    1. Do I need to add a lift springs on the back and the front? Or just the back?
    2. Does anyone have any recommendations as to brand and/or retailers?

    Thanks

120lbs is nothing, you really don’t need an AAL. If you did, it’d be for just the back. You should look into airbags in the rear instead if you only need height for towing, but with that low of weight, you shouldn’t need any lift or extra weight support.

If you’re just adding springs for benefits while towing I wouldn’t get an aal. I’d either get helper springs, airbags or an entirely new leaf pack.
