So you still have the ability to top off with ice.

Nice way to test the load capacity.

You make the most compelling argument for long beds, I have seen yet.

I did this in my ranger years ago when a buddy and I forgot to order enough beer for our new hole in the wall bar we ran and stocked up at the local grocery store to fill our coolers for the night. I however had forgot to renew my registration and got pulled over on the way back. The look on the cops face was priceless when he walked up to my door! After a quick warning on the registration he asked where we were going, being what we just did was HUGE no-no in the eyes of the ABC, we said we were going to a party. With a smile, he said, "I highly suggest that when you get there, you stay there!"
Love the post! We need more highly valuable posts like this!!!

Another way the 3rd gen beats out the 2nd gen, with its higher bed walls.

You're just trying to match the thread on how many soccer balls takes to fill up a Ridgeline.

But this method at least gives you something to do after, i mean how many soccers balls you need to kick around? At least I hope the OP knows what to do with the cargo after.

Your right the higher walls are better on the 3rd gens. Looks like someone at TOYOTA is thinking of hauling beer.

if its full, I would figure 70, but if I had to place an educated guess, I would say your headed to the redemption center to return the empties. All the bottles look to be missing the caps
