I was at the Mazda dealer the other day getting my step-daughters car serviced. I hate waiting in the waiting rooms so I do like I usually do if at a dealer and walked the lot killing time. It amazed me at the miles people put on the used cars on the lot. I had the thought that maybe we should trade her car for a decent used Civic or Corolla for better mpgs. Seeing the prices in the windows of some of the cars I thought that doesn't look too bad so I look closer, 2010's, 2011's with 40k 45k even a 2012 had like 30k on it. Dayam! I've had my truck for 15 month's now and I'm just approaching 13k. Anyway it just amazes me how many miles people put on vehicles.

I have had my Taco for 11 months, and I am at 48200 miles. I use it for work, and my truck is my money maker. My work pays me 55.5 cents a mile, so it works out, especially when gas is 3.02 a gallon in South Carolina.
