2006 with 91,000 miles. The only thing I have done is change the spark plugs, oil, filters and front brakes. I have not done the radiator yet, will do that at 100K and I'm not planning on even touching the transmission fluid, I hope to get 200K out of it. I asked about the tranny fluid and talked to 3 dealerships, they said don't flush it, that causes problems. They have seen 4 Runners and Taco's with over 200K still running the original tranny fluid with no transmission issues. Lot's of people on here are not buying the World Standard fluid claims that you don't need to change it, but based on what I am hearing from the service departments, why mess with something that isn't an issue. If mine goes, I will post it on here, but I'm betting on 200K and never going to touch it. At 200K I will get something new, if it blows before then, oh well. I've already got my money back on mine, it's all gravy from here to retirement.

2012 I've had it 7 months 11,600 miles with the auto. As far as keeping it I think the wife said something about till the wheels fall off, so that will take a while I guess. Good thing I love the truck.

2009 with all but 50k. Automatic. Planning on keeping it til at least 100k. Nice to get 150k out of it. All depends really on when I feel like dropping coin to buy a new truck. This ones paid for and I hope to hold out til I can pay cash again.
