05' V6 4x4, bought it with 84k back in 2008 and it now sits with 147k as of yesterday. Only had to change the alternator, other than that not an issue at all. Shes a daily driver and a weekend warrior but I do routine maintenance on it and she runs perfect :D

Toyota was nice enough to give me a new frame. JBA cat-back, aFe dry drop-in w/ deckplate, Bilstein 5100's all around, Timbrens, Alcan 5-leaf packs, OME 881's, linear clutch pedal return spring (best $3.49 I ever spent)
220K on my '01. Just started having a valve cover gasket leak.

2001 SR5 PreRunner V6, 145,xxx. Water pump started leaking at about 140,xxx so I replaced the water pump, timing belt, other belts, and radiator just for preventive maintenance I guess. Just replaced front brake pads for the first time this past weekend. The old ones still had life in them but I guess i just wanted something else to do while I was changing the oil so I put some new pads on the front. Hope I get about another 155,xxx out of it!

I have a 2006 with only 86,000 miles. I guess I don't drive it that much compared to you guys. I have changd the front brakes finally, only because I was driving to Orlando and I wanted to make sure they would be okay, the mechanic said they were getting thin, but had some life left. Other than the brakes being replaced and fixing the compass myself once, I have had no issues whatsoever with this truck. I just reconditioned my headlight covers, clay bar and waxed the paint and it looks brand new again.
