3/3 of the people who wanted to buy mine off me were female, and the person who bought it was female as well.

Wife drives mine regularly and I have her waving at other Tacos. Leaves me driving her Venza.

She is also on TW Facebook.

    Ha!

    Quote fail.
I would’ve stopped for the rack only... if it had a decent one for rut season.
Boom! :fistbump: I did that for 7 years. Just Fire now.

I had to stop replying to this because lightning and houses don’t mix. Especially when there’s no water supply.

The Toyota Tacoma has been my dream vehicle since the day I could drive. I remember going to the dealership and looking at all the shiny new 1st Gens with stars in my eyes. A truck that I could haul my dog and my drum set in, and a rig to take to the beach and go on camping trips with!

Long story short, I never got one.... until recently! I’ve thought about doing a build thread, but honestly, I don’t have the time right now to keep it updated. Maybe I’ll make one down the road when things settle down...

At this point, I’m mostly focusing on the upgrades I can do to make my truck my own. I don’t have the money for campers, or tents or racks or skids or bumpers or fancy lights and all that Jazz. But there’s a million Tacoma’s today (understandably!) but this one is gonna have my personal touches all over it, you know? And I’m not talking purely cosmetic, I’m working on suspension and performance and getting her in tip top form. I just got her two years ago, and while she was in good condition, I can tell she was a bit neglected. So my goal has been to make sure she’s as tough, as sexy and as reliable as well... me  lol

I work on it as much as I can. If I have the tools that can do it, I’ll go for it. If I don’t have the tools and they’re cheap enough, I’ll buy em and go for it. If I can’t do that, well, I go to my trusty mechanic who’s got a rad tacoma of their own.

The ‘13s, as ive come to find out, are a bit on the “special” side. Special as in, Toyota (bless their heart) decided to mix things up with these models and the majority of tutorials out there are missing some key factors that always throw a wrench into my project. But after a few choice words and a couple of cold ones, I begin to appreciate the learning experience and I start to understand that my truck is just a smidge more complicated than most others... and complicated isn’t bad. It just means there’s a slightly better-feeling payoff at the end when we work it all out.

A little of this and a little of that.
My daughter has a ‘13 Regular cab. It’s an automatic, 4WD, plain Jane little truck and it’s exactly what she wants. She just graduated high school and will take this truck with her to college.
When I was starting to search for a vehicle for her, she requested a truck, but not just any truck, she wanted a Tacoma. I currently have a ‘11 DCSB, and owned a ‘98 Tacoma before, she’s grown up with these trucks.

I agree with this. This is why I stop having my wife borrow my tacoma for her realtor related activities. She kept saying that the home builders and inspectors tend to spend more time talking about the truck before actual business related topics. I told her that a realtor is more expected to drive up in her Buick Enclave vs driving up in something like this:

Our Tacoma has become my wife's daily driver. I bought it new in 2007 and was primarily my truck until 3 years ago. We reached the point where we needed a bigger truck and I bought a lightly used 2014 F150 crew cab in 2016. The Tacoma was too good to trade in and my wife wanted a truck of her own. She doesn't like driving the big truck and the Tacoma has been perfect for her. She spends a lot of time working in her flower garden and doing other craft projects and now I no longer have to pick up potting soil or other "stuff" for her.

I took her old Honda for running errands around town and we use the big truck as needed.

I started this thread and that wasnt MY intension.
    I dont hump legs anyways!

Yes men have been attracted to women for centuries for various reasons. I personally like women who can not only drive a stick shift but who can also change their own oil or switch into 4 and rip mid.

I created this because i had the spur of the moment idea and in doing so, ive "met" some toyota ladies.

Maybe youre lookin for a leg humpin?:p

I just went to get a few lottle groceries and have this ritual where if i see a tacoma by itself or a dope truck, ill park next to it.

Well today was no different... I pulled into the lot and saw a tacoma. I said to myself "should we park next to the 3rd gen??? ...yes"

I parked and sat there for a minute trying to get my dog to drink some water before i went in and out comes the owner... A female!!! Prob mid 40s!

What are the chances the DAY after making a thread about lady tacoma drivers?!?!?!

Dude, You’re one of those people huh....I park far away from everyone, and it annoys me when people park right next to me when there are 20 open spaces around me
