    Screw Hot Wheels!

Micro Machines were the superior car. I stand behind those as vehemently as I'll defend Betamax.

I was banned for thirty days, political cartoon. I started the post, inserted the cartoon, waited, thought, then posted anyway. I was the same way in grade school, I thought I grew out of it. Maybe at seventy-eight I am entering the second childhood.

Micro Machines better than Hot Wheels? That has got to be the most incorrect thing I have ever read on the entire internet.

Galoob isn't even in business any longer, not that they could compare to Mattel, when they were in business.

I had a small collection of each, along with matchbox, Ertl, and a few dollar store brands. The matchbox and Ertls were the shortest lived - they were quick to lose paint, axles got bent whenever Godzilla visited my hotwheel city, and the wheels seized whenever they went off-roading in the sandbox. Hot wheels lasted a hair longer, but eventually, even they stopped rolling.

The micro machines however, they still rolled. You could stomp them, run them through the mud and sand, or fling them at your sister. But dust them off and run them under the sink for a minute, and they ran like new. They never flaked, rusted, or lost their color.

That's why they're the superior toy.

I had some micro machines and thought they were cool. I didn't think they compared to Hot Wheels or Match Box cars. Micros were probably more durable. I had lots of 1:64 scale cars. Never did decide if I liked HW or MB better.

Allegedly I’m a little stabby. I scared my bf a little bit in the beginning. I’ve never stabbed but I’ve threatened a time or four…

Shout out to my secret Santa from several years ago. I got a hatchet, machete, and a bottle of whiskey. Good times.

Betamax…. Yes! I watched the Gremins so much that the tape self destructed. Traumatized as a child.

    I wouldn't call myself "stabby"
but I do have a sort of obsession with serial killers and true crime documentaries.
not like writing love letters to creepy dudes on death row but in a WITAF makes people do these things?!?!?

currently watching "wild crime" series that focuses on crimes committed in national parks.
i think i maybe missed my calling in life to be a NPS CSI type.

and be nice or I'll sic my army of trained attack mooses on you! :angrygirl:
