My 2020 got flooded. Ended up working out in my favor as insurance paid pretty much what I paid for it brand new and I got the color/everything else I originally wanted at MSRP for my 22. IMG_20210903_150957.jpg IMG_20210908_170525.jpg IMG20220402133218.jpg

Had an '89 SR5 extended cab and a '92 standard cab. Put a custom built rack over both of the camper shells and lived out of each of them for a few years. Made it to every state besides Alaska and Hawaii.

'89 is still running w well over 300k mi but the '92 got totaled.

Now I'm rocking a '17 DCLB TRD off road. Just hit 100k. But I've upgraded to a house rather than living out of it ;-)

My first Tacoma was in the late 1990s. Totally bare bones, even had crank windows. Didn't have another till a year ago when I got my 2021. Lots of other vehicles in between. My M.O. for a while has been to change vehicles every 3 years, but I think I found a cure for that with this taco. I've put so much money into mods/add-ons (mostly because of this place!) that I can't bear the though of trading it in and losing all that money.

1995 single cab manual. Drove it for a few years and didn't get another until 2018 dbl cab manual. Now a 2020 dbl cab auto.

1982 4x4 regular cab. The bench seat in that truck had no padding at all. Lost it to the finance company when I lost my job and got behind in payments. Bought my 03 DC TRD in 2010. This will be my last vehicle unless some *&^%$ runs into it and totals it. Only has 145K miles and runs great. I only average about 6k miles a year now. It will go to someone who appreciates the 1st gens when I'm gone, I hope.

2- an 06 MT Sport that I put an air locker and other stuff in, and my current 16. I went out to buy a Ram one day in 2010 and the dealership really rubbed me the wrong way. I left and stumbled across the 06 on the way home. Kept it until 2016 when I got my 3rd gen, which was my first new car.
