I have a 16GB stick and it's flooded with music and it's not even close to full either. I have way more music on the computer though. My problem is that my double din won't play WAV files :(

How many tracks on your USB stick?

    I couldn't resist.
Had to get a Kingston Digital HyperX Predator DataTraveler 512GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive.
Put 365GB of files on it (54,860 songs) and plugged it in...
Took about 45 minutes to index it all, but works perfectly.

    My new stereo on wheels...
