I don't have ABS, so it's sensor 1 or 2. Not sure where you're at with yours (replacement vs testing), however I did find that although they both appeared to pass FSM testing, when I tried other tests I found, they failed.

Yeah, I had to bite the bullet and pull the dash apart on mine. I actually swapped the wiper fluid RES low lamp with my CEL/MIL lamp got tired of looking at that one LOL.

I count six possible seven in all. One for each wheel, two on the trans: driver side and passenger side. And the last one VSS Sensor A is in the instrument cluster.

There's a wiper fluid res low lamp? I'm guessing that's been long gone on mine.... Hopefully I have the correct bulbs kicking around. I bought a pack of mini ones to do the top cab brake light....

I checked out a couple of your other posts. I have found that when it comes to possible differences between parts for automatic vs manual it's useful to use my VIN on a parts site. On some sites you have to keep entering it, which can get frustrating.

https://partsouq.com These guys have a good site for VIN searching & they have real pictures of parts. (Also great prices & delivery times. Thanks @Area51Runner !)

https://www.toyotapartsdeal.com This site is good for this as well. Seems to retain your VIN number even if you open more than one page for multiple part searches. (Don't get me wrong, once you close it, the VIN is gone.) I have never purchased from this site, so this is not an endorsement for that.

To add to the fun, the speed sensor part numbers betwixt AT & MT can get confusing. I believe MT's have two of the driver's side sensors (don't quote me on this) & AT has one, yet they are all the same part number. So, when one does a search, the result will be yes, this fits your vehicle whether AT or MT. Key is to find a site that will confirm how many you need based on Trans type.

Other thing was the passenger side VSS is the same number for both AT & MT right down to the number of teeth even though AT with stock tires is 30 & MT with stock tires is 33. (Again, don't quote me on this.) Maybe it was just me. I caught onto some need to verify because when I was looking for a cheapo on Amazon, I kept seeing people asking how many teeth the part had.

Anyway, hopefully something here is useful/helpful.... Oh, I believe you stated you already replaced the passenger underside one, so this is for anyone who may have made it through my post, I would not recommend a cheapo one. I did get one, which I was going to install just to see if it made any dif & then get the OEM later. I noticed the cheapo one had no hole at the neck. Seeing's how there's gear oil at play, I would think a flow or breather hole would be kinda important....
