I'm on my third Tacoma. Other Toyotas were:

    '99 Taco
    '99 4Runner
    '05 Taco
    '08 Tundra

I would buy another in a heartbeat. All were great vehicles for me.

    '12 SR5 double cab prerunner

Ive had it for a little over a year and I'm probly going to get rid of it this summer and get an f150. I love the look of the taco and how it drives, but this thing has no power whatsoever, I miss having a v8

    '88 Reg. cab 4x4 4cyl. paid $1000
    '89 Reg. cab 4x4 V6 salvage title
    '95 AC 4x4 4cyl. had driveline vibrations I couldn't pin down
    '97 AC 4x4 V6 another salvage title
    '98 Reg. cab 4x4 4cyl " " "
'02 AC TRD 4x4 should've kept, got the itch for a 2nd Gen
    '06 DCSB V6 Prerunner wanted a 4x4
'05 DCSB TRD 4x4 in an accident, not the same afterward
'13 AC TRD 4x4 pretty much equal to the '02 in quality, but has more room, better ride, more power, rear doors, and a bigger bed

    Think I'm done.

I'm defiantly a Toyota guy. Here are a few I had over the years. Not pictured are:
    -1983 2wd 5speed: had it sometime in 1994-1995
    -1992 2wd Xcab 5 speed: had it a few months in 1995.

    image.jpg
'87 4cyl 5speed. Bought new in '88 after high school but totaled it in 1993 while stationed in Germany.

    image.jpg
    '87 4x4. 1994-1996

    image.jpg
'87 Xcab 5 speed 4x4. By far my favorite body style. 1996-1999

    image.jpg
    '93 or '94 4cyl auto I believe. 1999-2001

    image.jpg
    2002 Prerunner 4cyl auto. 2002-2014

    image.jpg
1998 Xcab 5 speed: 2012-2014 Bought it from my brother with 340k. Sold it with just under 400k. Had original motor, trans, clutch and rear end. Never rebuilt. Used as a work truck.

    2010 Prerunner: 2014

2004 TRD OR auto. Had it for a few months in 2014

Flex-a-lite electric fan, URD crankshaft pulley, K&N cold air intake, optima battery, Centerforce clutch, Gusseted/modified spindles, Total Chaos UCA's, King extended travel coilovers, Bilstein 5100 rear shocks, stainless extended brake lines, slotted/drilled rotors, urethane bushings everywhere round out the list of whats been done so far...leaf springs, differentials/lockers, and armor are on the to do list still
In 1983 one of my dads friends came over with his brand new lifted pickup...been hooked ever since
    1.) 1991 3.0 Regular cab 4x4 (was my first...regret getting rid of it...since then I don't let go anymore)
2.) 2002 Tacoma xtra cab 4x4 (still my daily driver)
3.) 2002 Tundra xtra cab 4x4 (the current toy hauler)
4.) 1985 22RTE xtra cab 4x4 (just like the back 2 the future truck)
    5.) 1995 4Runner (my other daily driver...soon to get a 3.4 transplant)
6.) 2010 Tacoma quad cab 4x4 (one of my 2 work trucks)
7.) 2015 Tundra quad cab 4x4 (the other work truck)

I'll just throw this out there... I'm on the hunt for a good 83 4x4 pickup or FJ-45 pickup and the mrs really wants me to build her an FJ-60. Also could use a solid axle from and 83 to 85 for SASing my 4Runner. Yep I'm addicted.

I loved my fj60's. Rode great, Mpg's sucked, tough 4x4. I don't miss the miles of vacuum hoses though.

    1979 pickup
    1994 pickup

    2007 4runner 4wd

Currently still have the last two. Taco will get sold eventually but the runner I plan on keeping for many many years.
