How motivated are dealerships to sell new 2023s in 2024.

That’s not a bad deal, you’re basically getting a double cab 4x4 truck for access cab 4x2 money.

 

I just spent a whole dollar to find the true MSRP with Beenverified.com Turns out they weren't lying and I really am getting over $2500 off. Picking it up in the morning! It's good to be getting back in the fold. I'll have lots of questions as I learn about gen3s.

Went with the SR because I hate chrome, don't need power seats, and I'd eventually replace the wheels anyway on an SR5. It's perfect other than the color. I never thought I'd have a white truck. The glare on the test drive was awful. First mod: matte black hood wrap.

Holy crap the msrp skyrocketed then, same model year as mine too. Thats crazy.

Honestly though, $33,900 is great deal for a 4x4 v6 truck. It still comes with dual zone climate control, heated mirrors, and auto headlights. All what I would consider "premium" features.

Interesting, I have a white truck with 2 coats of ceramic and a coat of wax and the glare has never once bothered me.

I think I will pass lol. Way below even the KBB trade in value.

 

To me personally, the 2024 Tacoma can't hold a candle to the 3rd gen trucks; In style, technology and reliability. But to each his or her own. Ask me if I'll ever trade my 2022 truck to a 2024 one?...The answer will not be just a yeah. It will be resounding YES!

 

I think that’s a great deal. Look at what SE Toyota adds to the msrp.

 

Take V6 while you still can. Any 4x4 V6 Taco under 38k is good deal.

White paint Tacos did have issues so watch out for that.

 

Just for funsies I'd try to grind them some more..I mean since they need it so bad.

We know it'll still be well below market, but maybe F em around a bit, since they claim to need it and sent you a shitbag offer.

 

I mean one never knows, they might just bowl you over with something you can't refuse. Doubtful but worst case have a little fun. Nice to be the one in charge of the process for a change.

 

My local toyota dealer has a white 24 model, its pretty boring looking, maybe after some good tires and that gigantic chin strap removal it might look good.

 

If you can find a 2023 I would imagine very motivated.

I got my Taco TRD Off road 4x4 on dec 11th, 2023. Sticker was $42300, got it out the door, tax title and everything for $42913, Let the dealer finance through Toyota so they got a little from them, then sent a check to Toyota in January for total amount to save the financing costs. Basically about $4000 off msrp and that was in December.

I think I did alright, they were motivated to sell.

Right now they, 2023s, are still in demand, IMO. Just sold mine for $40k. Prob could have gotten more if I would have held out. Sold within 3 days from listing.
