How much ammo do you keep?

None, I'm afraid other guns will walk by take the ammo.




I have a bit of 00 buck, a little bit of .22 and some 7.62x54r. Not much.

 

i carry 120 rounds of 5.56 on me everyday

 

Strange...same thing happened to all mine. Even the ones the government never knew about. Guess I will only be able to bow hunt this year. And I wont have any guns to carry on me...I guess I'll be defenseless.

edit- They took all of my reloading equipment. Everybit of it. Even the shellholders.

Ive got about 400 .45 ACP and a little over 500 of 12 gage rounds with various kinds of rounds 00 buck low and high brass etc.... i like this thread... gives me more of a reason to go buy more haha....

1. I forgot about .22lr, I think I have around 600 rounds of that somewhere, it is so cheap.

My mother-in-law is a republican group leader around the area and showed me an email she got the other day about president obama signing some act outside of the us with I think nato, and it makes it illegal for us to own it. Anyone seen this yet, I Will get this today and post it up so you all can see it tonight.

I try too keep at least a thousand rounds for every caliber I have. I think I have 4000 .22lr alone. Then 1000 in every other caliber.

 

I may or may not have an approximation of the following laying about...

9mm -- 2500
.38 -- 2000
.357 -- 800 (running low!)
12ga -- 1000
30-30 -- 500
.380 -- 800 (running low!)
.223 -- 2000
.22mag-- 1000
.22lr -- 22500 (running low!)

I probably also have about 1k laying around in various calibers I've owned guns in or intend to own guns in.
