How much are used predator steps worth?

Sold my 2 weeks old set here in san dieog for $250...I think I could have held out for $300, but I wasn't in he mood to have them sittting around.

 

I got a set no scratches or dings 100 plus shipping from 36532 south Alabama

I just got my 2022 trd pro and they came on from dealer. I'll sell ya my predators for $175 cash. They are in perfect condition....the catch is you would have to pick them up (for something of this weight shipping would be hundreds $).

Damn, I sold mine for $200 and one of the steps was bent and fully cracked at the weld. I thought it was fair at the time but after seeing these responses I kinda feel like a jerk. Oh well

 

No need buddy, the value placed on them was determined by the buyer. Some people find more value in overpaying and having it now; others find more value waiting as long as it takes to get the cheapest price possible; and some just have no earthly idea what the going "fair" rate should be. Exactly why I sold mine for somewhere between $300-400. I don't remember the exact amount; I just remember I met the fella 8AM on a Saturday morning, made the deal, and immediately gave it to another fella at 8:15AM towards a set of sliders.

 

A guy on Chicago craigslist has a set of predators steps for $249 in excellent shape. All hardware

 

I know exactly which guy you are talking about lol, he has them listed on FB marketplace as well. It's a little out of my way (gas would be about the same as shipping), but it may be an option.

Mine sat on the FB market place for weeks. No counter offers what so ever. Nada… Brand new take offs. $300 OBO.
Luckily, I spied a never seen before Taco in the workplace’s parking area. I hastily started asking around & found the owner.
I offered em up for two fiddy… He jumped on em & payed me the next day.
The toughest part for me was cutting up cardboard and wrapping the steps to provide protection from anything. Plus, I did load them into his truck along with loaning him a ratchet strap to secure the load.

 

I took mine off my new ‘22 Pro and put them on my ‘06 PreRunner. They bolted right up!! Then I had a set of custom rock sliders installed on my Pro.

 

I got $125 for my perfect pair, but they were for an Access cab, so they are out of the norm

 

So from what I'm seeing, 2nd gen and 3rd gen are interchangable as long as you stick to the same cab arraingement?
