I don’t know. Mine came with them and they weren’t listed on the sticker, but on the build a Tacoma website they are additional add ons.
I only included them because the previous person I quoted did and I was trying to make an apples to apples comparison for him.
That said I have never onced used them in the 10 months I’ve had my truck so far.

A back step for when I get older, Carhartt seatcovers, 4Runner wheels, Topper, and "tats all folks"! --for now!!
Guessing here -- but I would bet Toyota "ships" these to the dealers and tells them -- "here use these as You see fit" .Some dealers use them as bargaining chips while other dealers just give them out to their buyers.

@tacomaalen well, there goes the 'savings'.

I'd hope that you knew what you car was worth when you traded it in...

This is what I'm looking at for a 2017 silver DC Sport 4x4. Got them to 37,500 OTD but the breakdown is below. Comes with lame predator tube steps, premium audio, and I want to see if theyll swap the carpet mats for their all weather ones. What do you think? Literally on and off the phone with him as I type this...

    Vehicle Price: $37,462.00
    AutoNation Savings: - $4,234.83
    AutoNation Price: $33,227.17
    Premium Window Tint: + $399.00
    Vehicle Selling Price: $33,626.17

    Sales Tax (estimate): + $2,723.72
    Title Fee: + $4.00
    Tire Fee: + $5.00
    License Fee (estimate): + $8.25
    Air Quality: + $1.50
    Postage: + $3.00
    Lieu Tax: + $629.36
    Documentation Fee: + $499.00
    Balance Due (estimate): $37,500.00

Just wondering. Denver Autonation shot me a pretty good price on the off road at 33,997. Not sure what it all came with. I ended up going with Corwin Toyota near Omaha. I had planned on waiting for October 30 to try and get the best deal possible, being the end of the month, but my daughter was heading back to school after fall break so I got a free ride down there. I actually had Corwin and a nother dealer in a biding war! That sounds like a fair price......do it!!:)

Hey guys, I'm looking to buy a 2017 Tacoma SR5 (2 wheel drive, V6, step bar underneath door panel, double cab). MSRP is about $34k and my local dealer is offering $31,850 OTD. Should I take it? Or try and haggle a bit more? They will be receiving the 2018's mid-November, and have over 40 Tacomas on their lot that they need to sell.

I would tell him $31,000 OTD and if he balks...get up and walk out the door.

What state? What is the price without TTL? The best quote I have received for a 2017 SR5 LB 4x4 is $31,900 before TTL ($423 i think in Oregon). That included tow package and floor mats. This is also a double cab fyi

Went to the dealer and spoke with the sales manager. Told the manager 31K flat and said he absolutely not. So I thanked him for his time and left. Hopefully I didn't mess up the deal, and I might check back in November.

Dallas, Texas -- The final price OTD (including TTL) was $31,850, which is pretty good imo. It is a 2017 SR5 4x2 V6 (includes step platform, double cab, 5' bed, and a tow package). I'll check back in with the dealer in November. I found another dealership that has over 100 Tacoma's in their lot. They are going to need to sell those trucks soon.
