How much did Santa Clarita give you off MSRP?? I mentioned the costco auto buying program and it was basically a no haggle automatic $1,753.51 off MSRP. but he wouldn't budge any more than that.

I paid $35,317 for my 2017 Tacoma TRD Off-road, AC, 4x4, V6 ,AT, Tech Package, and floor mats. According to Truecar that was a great price. I'm happy!

Yeah when I think of it I think I actually got jacked because when I test drove a blue Tacoma and gave an offer of the 38 OTD they didn't agree so left that day and came back the next day and they said ok for 38 but when I got home all excited I never thought to look for the sticker that they hid in glove box until later and realized it wasn't the same truck I test drove originally (it was a different Blazing blue TRD 4x4 OR) and price I was working on. But over my excitement of getting my first Tacoma I didn't double check before taking possession. So they got me good I guess.

Curse these slick dealerships! Don't feel bad I got the shaft too. My dealer refused to go below the internet price.

Geez that is a pretty shady bait and switch there! But its all relative-- I dont have tons of money but I also dont have time to haggle over every little penny anymore. Just give me an honest dealer with a honest price that makes them some profit (hell, I get it, and no way if I was in business would I take a loss on a product), and Ill buy. Now if they try to slip something in there all sneaky, thats when I walk.

I paid just 1k below MSRP at Servco Hawaii (Honolulu), was $35.7k+ttl for a 2017 MGM 4x4 TRD Off Road DCSB M/T with weather mats, tow pkg, and premium and tech. Would've been smarter to wait until moving back to East Coast but they had exactly what I wanted.

Price looks good. Was that a dealership warranty you got?

I purchased my first Tacoma on Saturday. It's a 2017 v6 sr5 double cab with tow package, and all weather mats. Msrp was 33,xxx and I talked the dealer down to 25,550 after tax title and tag transfer fee. They also gave me $2K for my trade.

wait, so you got more than 8k off of msrp is that's after TTL.. Unheard of, but you mention a trade in, there's no way of us knowing what kinda deal you got without posting the billing paperwork.

I got the truck down to $27,550 and they dropped it to 25,550 once I gave them my trade. I went there looking for a used 2016 they had online for $25,8xx that they already sold, and to keep me from walking, they matched it.
The used one I was interested in had 30K miles and the 17' that I left with had 4 miles.
