I think about $5k off MSRP is fairly typical with a little work. (For a TRD OR 4X4 DCLB)

I live in Arizona and my wife and I visited the Avondale Toyota dealership today. I wasn't aware of this prior to going but they have a 'One Price, One Person' policy so basically the price they offer is their best offer....and non-negotiable. Here is what they quoted us:

    2019 DCSB SR5 4X2 V6 AT in QuickSand,
MSRP $34,312.00 (Premium Audio w/ Nav, mats, exhaust, blackout, D-Rings, Wheel Locks)
Sale Price $31,755.40 + TTL and Doc Fee ($449), 60 Month Loan at 2.9%.

Please let me know if any of you have had experience with this dealership and your thoughts. Also, has anyone had any luck dealing with Costo Auto program?

Thank you for your help :).

    Chad.

Fortunately we all paid what we were willing to pay for our trucks. I've gotten in my opinion good deals on some and not so on other cars I've purchased. Its really about location, inventory and dealership they don't have the fancy showrooms to giveaway cars and trucks, sticking to what you have to spend not your monthly payment helps get the best deals.

    Hello,

I'm new to this community, I need your opinion about the price sent to me by my dealer before I buy my new truck. ( 2019 Tacoma TRD OR DCSB Automatic 4x4 cement color)

    Msrp $39,187.00
    Dealers saving $ 3,139.60
    Customer rebate. $ 1,000.00
    Dealer price. $35,047.40
    Sales tax(test.). $ 2,838.83
    Documentation fee. $ 499.00
    Lic. fee(est.). $ 8.25
    Title fee. $ 4.00
    Lieu tax $. 617.65
    postage. $ 3.00
    Public safety fee. $ 32.00
    Air quality. $. 1.50
    Tire fee. $ 5.00

    Balance due(est.). $39,056.63

I want your help to tell me if this a fair price or I can possibly haggle a bit more. This is in AZ, and kbb states invoice is around 35k.

I think it's pretty fair . It's kinda nasty how it goes from 39K to 35K and then back to 39K --jeez .

Doc fee is BS. You should be able to get it lower like 33-34k before taxes etc. look up Freeman Toyota in Santa Rosa CA and get an internet quote from them. Use it as bargaining against your dealer. It will def be better then the quote you got.

You can do better. Inform your salesman that you have a strict budget of $38k OTD.

Victoria, B.C in summer. Sun Peaks, B.C. in winter

    2019 TRD 4X4 AC OR 6M/T
I gave Pattison Toyota in Victoria B.C., Canada my '06 Volvo XC70 AWD wagon (with 170k kms) and $39,000CDN for a 2019 TRD OR AC, 6M/T with bucket floor mats and step bar running boards. Freight, dealer prep, doc fee and taxes extra. It came with a full tank of gas but on delivery, it had 200kms on the odometre so they said they would buy me another tank of gas which around here is $1.51Cdn/litre x 80 L tank.

My main reason for pulling the trigger now instead of waiting is that Toyota was offering 1.99% financing for 36 months.
