How much did you pay for your Taco?

I just paid $1500 under invoice for an Access Cab V-6 Auto Prerunner w/ TRD OR. About 25,800 out the door.

Just paid 17900 last week for a 2006 black double cab 4x4 trd sport long box with black sidesteps and a snugtop cap. bluebook was 22300. think i got a great deal.

'09 Silver Double Cab TRD, SR5, 4X4 Tow Package. The codes on the sticker are DZ, FE, OC, RL, TO, with tinted windows and the TRD floor mats. MSRP was just under 32K. After everything including the Cash for Clunkers (1999 Chevy Tahoe 4dr 4X4 w/ 104K) OTD for 26,600 and change.

It had an extra, long thin dealer applied sticker with some added BS about freight, pin stripe, Nitrogen filled tires and stuff and that total was 33.6

 

I like how many people with Prerunners give their price and every detail about their truck except that it's a prerunner. Might as well not even tell us how much you paid because people looking through here who don't know any better are going to think they should be getting a new TRD Offroad DC for 23,500. If you have a Prerunner you need to say that so you don't confuse people because a regular DC is 4WD.

2009 Automatic DC V6 4x4 TRD Offroad w/ Tow package, 6 disc CD, DRLs, All weather mats, etc. Price was $26,500. Tax was right at $800. Bought new.

 

It would help to know what region you are in or what city you made the purchase...

 

just bought a 2006 4x4 Double Cab V6 Manual base model in immaculate condition with 70,000km (44,000miles) for $19,000 CAD or about $17600US

Not a bad deal considering the price of the 2006 TRD's here in Canada around $25-30K

 

Alright everybody...could use a little insight. Im going to look at a Tacoma tomorrow and am doing a little more self-educating tonight. Ive done the Edmunds TMV etc. but figured I would poll here to see what you guys think.

EDIT: The dealership is a "Best Price" dealership and they are asking $28.2k. MSRP is $31,334. Ive never negotiated with a "Best Price" dealer.

I dont have a VIN, vehicle is in MN.Any insight tonight would be greatly appreciated, looking to possibly purchase tomorrow if I get a price I feel good about.

I've had an '09 Regular Cab 4x2 for about a week. Options are:

FE - 50 state emissions
HE - Enhance Pkg.
RL - Daytime Running Lights
CF - Carpet Floor Mats & Door Sill Protector

The dealer added pinstriping and chrome wheel covers. Sticker was: $17,273. My out the door price was $13,500 and we added the 7 year extended warranty for $1,400.

Total was - $14,900
