How much did you pay for your Taco?

'08 TRD O/R Auto black 44,000 miles. New tires plus spare. Certified used. Small scratch on one body panel, otherwise mint condition. Paid $22K.
Any opinions?

 

Bought mine from a wonderful couple in Allen, Texas. I got a 2008 Access Cab SR5 4x4 with 24,000 miles $20,500. That was his asking price, and I didn't see a need to jew him down on the price, seeing as how I couldn't find anything close to that. Interior was clean, never been taken off-road, the 4x4 worked, etc. It still had the stock wheels (245s), but I recently put 265/75 BFG ATs on. I love it.

Bought my white 2008 Tacoma in Corpus Christi, TX with 59k miles on it. clean car fax, immaculate condition with the SR5 package, 2 year warranty, top of the line bed cover, only thing catch was I needed new tires. $16,200.

 

I just bought my '07 AC TRD offroad w/ 57k on xmass eve off ebay for $16,200. Local private seller. Merry Xmass to me!

Car came as seen in my profile pic, only thing it needed was a new muffler which I recouped payment for after selling some old parts he included with the truck. Muffler he had on the was aftermarket junk (jardines??).

There are good deals out there; dont rush. I waited about 6 months to get one in my price range w. all the goodies.

I am new in this Tacoma World. I have been watching this thread since I want to buy Tacoma soon. Some people in FL, AZ, etc paid incredibly low price such as 80~87% of MSRP for brand new Taco. Even if rebate is considered, why such a quite low price is possible for brand new car?

Last Dec, I talked with Toyota salesperson, but they agreed with only little lower then invoice. If anyone give me a final resort to get great discount price, it would be so much appreciated. I am a resident in CA. I will resume negotiation.

I paid 19,000 OTD for my 2005 Tacoma DC LB 4X4 with 70K on it bought it in January 2011.

 

i paid 12k for mine from carmax, with 23000 miles on it.....got it in 09 but its an 07
