    Agreed with Woodrow.. They are a must have for the topper imo.

    I've been happy finding local canopy companies vs Leer/ARE. Prices ended up being around $2000 each and about half what I could get the other brands for here in Canada. These are pretty basic; front slider, 70/30 side windows, colourmatched and tinted.

    First was an Arrow Mk1;

    Second was a Range Rider Cruiser;

    Both made in BC just down the highway from home.

    Holy shit. Toppers look soooo good in cement :eek:. Nice truck and appreciate you sharing the breakdown. Hate copying people, but I may just have to! Haha.

    Bears will get in no matter what. They break windows. Or they’ll absolutely thrash your car trying to get in. I set my food in the cooler far away from the truck if I’m in bear country and concerned. Other critters may find a soft topper a lot easier to crawl into than a hard topper, though.

    ARE V Series. $3200. Windoors, roof track, tilt and folding slider, aluminum inserts instead of windows on all 3 sides, folding T handle locks, and some other crap i'm forgetting. No leaks, they did install a Tacoma gasket kit as well at install. As secure as a cap can get.

    OP, I have a ton of pics in my media gallery of it if you need to see more.
