For those that are saying let it run in your driveway and get it up to temperature, for the love of all that is holy do not do that! Truck needs to be actually driven to get all the fluids moving properly.

I DEFINITELY wasn't saying that- I was forced into parking my truck for that long. I agree with the statement that it needs to be driven to get fluids moving. As written by OP, it will be fine.

    Well my truck is screwed.

2018 OR 13,233 on the OD. My longest trip was from Oregon to Nevada. I have it on a battery tender in a cozy garage, leave the hood up and set traps next to each tire for rodent controle. I drive it mostly in the summer at the dunes on the coast. Probably seen the rain twice. In the winter its hardly ever driven. I live in rural Oregon at an elevation of 2k feet and our roads are always covered with deicing agent and that sh!t is nasty. Sometimes it will sit for three weeks or longer and when I do take it out I usually don't put it in 4wd. I should probably sell it before it craps out.

Don't fall for it. Geez back long before soy based wiring mice were chewing wires. It makes no difference. Rodents chew wires. Metal, vinyl, etc.

The biggest issue you will face will be with your battery. Better get a tender

This. 10 miles minimum is enough to burn off acids in the oil and get all fluids to operating temp. After 2 weeks, pistons can get stuck in calipers, and batteries start to sulphate. Cars, like humans, don't like to sit

As far as I’ve been able to find soy based wiring is still used in all or almost all automotive wiring insulation and the change was made to it for environmental reasons. Testing by manufacturers indicate that it is no more susceptible to rodent damage than other types of insulation. Here’s a good link:
    https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.to...y-why-rodents-are-eating-your-car-s-wires/amp
If you have links to show soy based insulation is no longer used please feel free to share.
