Age, vehicle, location, driver's ed, and driving record are all factors with insurance. When I lived in Cali my insurance was much higher. All because of a different state with different requirements and different statistics, not because of me. USAA is actually pretty damn good insurance. I've always had good experiences when dealing with them. It may seem pricey and I'm sure it's possible to get a better deal somewhere else, but they are worth it in my book.

Its because you live in FL dude. Notice all of the old people and young and dumb beach goers. Thats why your insurance is high, because most of the people there are big liabilities.

$159 a month with full maximum coverage, gap, etc and a $100 deductible for wife and I on my 11 Taco and her 11 Mazda 3. She still has a speeding ticket on her record till next year.

    Update:
This thread made me think about looking for other rates. State Farm is almost $40 a month cheaper!! Thanks OP

$392 for 6 months Full coverage 2011 Sienna and 96 Tacoma through Travelers, my company has an employee deal so I think that helped a little.
Pretty good. Dropped the roadside assitance and saved $64 because our dealer offers it as a bonus.

I have checked with USAA 2 or 3 different times and they have always been a couple hundred dollars higher for me. No accidents or anything. My best deals have been with Progressive and Travelers.

I pay $119 a month full coverage with USAA $500 deductable.

25 Year old single male, turn 26 in July

One speeding ticket on my record that is suppose to drop off this year according to USAA. But that only costs me an extra $20 premium every 6 months according to my renewal statement.

Mine has dropped about $10/month since I turned 25...kinda disappointing. I hear being married drops it significantly.

I recently checked with Allstate and progressive to see if I could get lower rates but they were pretty much the same as USAA. I will stay with USAA, I have my truck loan and homeowners insurance through them too. Great company!
