I guess that makes sense, there's always that one server who gets all angry when they don't get seated because the party wanted to sit in the bar instead. And yeah I couldn't believe how much money you can make doing this, I only work one day a week (and go to school full time) and still make all the bills just fine. No way I could do that back when I was a cook.

It's definitely a good job, especially for people in school because the hours can be really flexible around class schedules. I'm actually considering staying in the business as a career

lol yeah i dont plan on being a server forever. But working for the people I work for now I have a good chance of moving up as manager and opening other restaurants with them. For some reason I enjoy the restaurant business...

and i truly don't think my boobs are the reason i get good tips, if you could see what my uniform is, you would understand lol

I would hopefully become more than a manager down the road. One of the owners of the restaurant just turned 31. Before he opened this restaurant he consulted at different upscale restaurants. So basically they hired him to come and fix what was wrong with the restaurant, then manage the place until they didn't need him anymore. He's been trying to convince me to go down the same path and because of a setback with my original career plan, I'm seriously considering it.
