    You could certainly make sure all the bolts in the bed are tight. Requires a Torx bit.

    But the beds are pretty flexible. They do move a bit!

    the frame on these trucks is pretty flexy... it moves around ALOT.

    It's actually the cab you see moving in relation to the bed. The bed is bolted directly to the frame. Cab and front/ hood area body parts on bushings. It's normal and not for concern. No need to make it rain.

    Illinois is a big pot hole so it was technically a paved "flat road"
