We all know how that conversation really went....

"slider.. they're so you can get in the car easier, hun"
"LEDs everywhere..they're so you can see at night, hun"
"lift... they're so you can see when you're getting out of the driveway and in traffic, hun"
"Tires...they're so you have better grip on the road, hun"
"2k RTT...they're so you can have a better sleep at night when we are camping, hun"
"fab bumpers...they're so you are safer when you get into an accident, hun"

    LOL

One would think but I would have rather diverted that money to my 911 project or Jeep LOL She had a heavily modified STI that we sold because she wanted a truck but she wanted to do stuff to the truck as well so here we are. I like the truck but its not really my thing.

$750. Most of that was the roll up tonneau and Cali Raised bed stiffeners.

I bought a sticker once, it's now on my lawnmower.

Good polls goin! It's nice to see how much we are all spending and how much we all really want to spend.

Someday twin turbos or supercharger or snow tracks. Haven't seen anyone with these yet on a 3rd Gen

Do tires and suspension count as mods?

I mean...tires wear and you would have to replace them anyway so they are consumables.
Suspensions wear and need to be replaced anyway so they are consumables.
As long as I have a wife that I share a house with, they aren't mods. and if anyone tells my wife different, I'm coming to find you.

If I wait another year or two, then tell my wife I need new tires and suspension because of wear, to HER, they aren't things used to modify a vehicle. They are things that needed to be replaced because they were worn. It's worked for our other vehicles before and I hope for this one as well. I just have to play it cool. She thinks the truck rides like hell anyway so she'll believe me.

It's adding up scary quickly. Keep in mind this is Canadian prices with lots of items having to be USD exchange and crazy shipping cost. The majority of this does not include installation for I try to install most anything I can myself.
