Mine too, and I downloaded the payoff form tonight to send in a check to pay my truck off Monday.

Bought it last November, first payment was in Dec. Made the equivalent of 15 payments in 3 months. Payments suck...I'm done with them.

This is everything I've bought for it. Only things I bought due to TW was the tool boxes, and mat thing for the back seat. Everything else I'd have bought anyhow.

2 Dewalt tool boxes for back seat $50.63
Bedrug Track Mat for back seat $30.09
    Tonneau Cover $328.99
    Bed Mat $99.85
    Side Window Deflectors $40.37
Front Doors & Passenger airbag reupholster $267
    T Rex billet grill $219.50
    OCD console organizer $15.99
    OCD glove box organizer $18.99
    2018 Sport Wheels $300
Toyo Open Country Tires $699 total
SOLD ORIGINAL WHEELS & TIRES -$600
    TOTAL $1,470.41

I skimmed the first three pages and saw at least two people that have spent over 100k since joining tw. I’ve built a bunch of vehicles since tw started and I doubt I’m near that amount.

From the guy with an avatar showing, Methods, Kings, mud terrains, and an avocado (most expensive of all the fruits)... not to mention the +3724 messages... yeah, we know you've spent some coin on your Taco, with Avocado.

ive been on tw close to 10 years. If you count the purchase price of my trucks. Ive owned 2 3rd gens and 1 2nd gen. I paid 35k, for each third gen, paid like 14k for the 2nd gen, plus every mod ive ever done on all of those trucks, I could probably be close to 100k. I have many other expensive hobbies, so i can easily see how someone who goes full bore into a tacoma could have that much.

Maybe I’m different because I don’t pay all of these vehicles off before I sell them. So I don’t count full purchase prices.

    My short list:
Competition rock buggy (before rock crawling was a major sport so this wasn’t some high dollar tube frame rig)
    450hp eagle talon
    500awhp wide body wrx
    350hp wise body bagged brz
    Long travel Tacoma

    I’m still not over 100k.

If I take my mods and what I’ve paid off on my truck so far I doubt I’m passing much more than 30k. Maybe 40k at the most.

Now it was start counting loans that I never paid off, then yeah I’m over 100k. But that’s not actually money spent.

I’m counting what I paid on them before trading them in for other vehicles. I usually have about 80% of the principle paid off before I traded vehicles in.

    I had a 1992 3000gt VR4... loved the Mitsubishi/Chrysler colaborations... best era for Japanese cars. RX7, 3000gt, Eclipse, Supra, 300ZX, NSX...
