First of all, this is why you make your profile private, second, this is why you only accept people you actually know and trust. And third, it's really not crucial information.
Unless you put your SSN number up or something.

If you're all worried about it, get identity protection from lifelock.com I use this service and it's really good.

I can't believe that you are still online here. You MUST get started protecting yourself! I would go to the bank and close all accounts. Hire a locksmith, have all locks changed on your home AND your truck. next, call everyone you know and let them know you are ok. But, don't trust any of them. This is key. I would start putting a disguise together, as you will need it. Move only at night. And, definatly turn off your cell phone. You must NEVER turn it on again. I wish you good luck, and God Speed, my Friend. Being on Facebook for 20 minutes WILL ruin your life. But, do not be sad. One day, far from today, you will be able to resume some sort of life. Under an assumed name, of course. Maybe you will be able to meet some nice girl. It will be a shame about never getting to see your family again. Hope it was worth it. Life as you know it is about to change.
