Continuing my 120k service this weekend including all the gear oils. Seems like a lot of metallic paste for only 30k miles? Anyone else do 30k service intervals that can comment on that?

Running Valvoline 75w-90 with the LSD additive since the 90k service.

Absolutely perfectly normal and acceptable. Worry more about your frame rusting in two.

    Seriously, it's fine.

Lube looks like honey. Plugs look normal. You're golden.

Have all the prior drain plug magnets looked similar? Just trying to see if there has been a shift.

Your images look perfectly normal to what I have seen in the past.

Ok cool. Seemed like a lot for only 30k miles on the oil but Ive only done it two or three times in this truck

I did see some surface rust on the front pinion from my past water intrusion issues. But overall everything seems good!

Id say so? Been a few years since I did the 90k service. Mostly Im just paying extra attention due to past water issues in the front (post above)

I would even say it looks ok knowing about the water intrusion.

What was causing the water intrusion?

The breather vent hose was kinda loose.
