Black wall out since 1984. I already knew what I wanted when I headed to the tire shop. No need to possibly have a bead tear as they swap them due to my indecision. Besides, black wall out looks alot better than gramp's white out:p:p.

If your going white out, might as well add curb feelers, so you don't curb scuff the white side of the tire open and rash out your lettering, That always looks rockin.:D

I wouldn't let them do it if they paid me $40+tax.

White in. I don't see why they'd need to balance them again. They'd just need a wax pen, mark the tire, rim and weight placement, turn the tires around, and reassemble where they found everything in accordance with the wax pen marks.

I just had Walmart a few days ago install new tires on my wifes 4Runner. I actually bought the tires from Sears. Sears wanted about $100 to mount and balance the tires. I said fuck that and I let Walmart do it for $40. They balanced them perfect and they ride smooth as silk, so I have nothing bad to say about Walmart mounting/balancing tires.

Good to hear they treated you right, I'll never gamble with them regardless.

White is not that big of a deal to keep clean, but I prefer black mine were on the truck when I bought it.

Funny about Sears. I had a quote for Bridgestone Revo2's of $154.81. Turns out the quote was wrong and about $30 too low per tire. They were cool and honored the quote but after 2 days, could not find any in my size.

    Hmmmmmm

I bought them from Tire Rack and they were here in 3 days. The $70 gift card means I paid $14 shipping.
