How much of a lift do bilstein 5100s give

2016 Blue 4 by 4 TRD Offroad Tacoma

I am thinking about putting adjustable bilstein 5100s on my 2016 off-road 4 by 4 for a small lift to be able to clear 285s. I have tried to research but it seems there is different information when it comes to which notch gives what amount of lift? Does anyone know how much the front of my truck would lift by setting the bilsteins to the second highest notch?
