I previously installed dtlt's and just now getting rid of my set of rear cats. What do you guys think they are worth and how much should I ask for them? I'm not planning on shipping them just local pick up in/around san diego by posting them on craigslist. I know they have rhodium ($$) and platinum ($). Did a search on here and only found pages and pages worth of stolen cat threads. (Notice in the pics mine were unbolted at the flange! Lol) Thanks ahead of time for any help.

Honestly, I think you'll be lucky if you get a $100. Do you really have to cut the one pipe to get it off?

You do realize that you have to pass smog to get on base in cali right? State of registration doesnt matter to the dod, only state law does.

That's talking all about aftermarket catalytic converters though, not oem ones unless I missed it while reading. Or would they consider these aftermarket?

Yes I'm aware it must pass smog in order to get decals. The rest of my story is that I previously had dtlt's installed, but decided to go back to oem and sell because I bought a zo6 ;) And in my case the truck is registered in cali so wouldn't have had any hope in out of state laws. Thanks though

Ok gents, if anybody needs these let me know. I now live in porter, texas and really need to get these cats out of my wifes backseat. If you are somewhat local and want or need these post or pm me an offer. I also have a set(2 mufflers) of wickedflow max 13" mufflers.

I would like to use those as bait for the bastards who keep stealing cats from my employee parking lot. They come about every 3 weeks. They would probably know something is up though.

Trust me, I have been trying to get some cameras. It's not actually my lot, but I have been emailing management with every episode. We have people driving past the lot all day as well.

They hit us during the day every time. There aren't any cars there at night. They are pretty ballsy.

Yeah those guys are ballsy. I heard of a story on here (forget who posted it) but they were at a tw meet and one guy walked out to his truck on the street and saw a shady ass guy walking hurriedly away after just hitting one of their trucks. Crazy. Yeah I only have the rears man, sorry. And yeah sounds like only decent quality cameras and/or my option would be to have a guy posted outside!:quickdraw:
