Being newly retired I'm getting between 10-12 hours per day and loving it. Usually go to bed around 1am and get up around noon. So nice not having to get up for work anymore. :bored:

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
The rest of the time he is on over watch ;)

About 6hrs and I am ready to rock. I own a landscape company and love me some dirt bikes. I tend to get moving right when dawn breaks. No need for an alarm clock.

About 7. I’ve never been able to sleep much more than that unless I’m sick. If the sun is up, I’m up

I average 7-8 hours. If I consistently get less for whatever reason I'll really start to feel it. I'm typically in bed by 10:30 and up by 6:30 waking up on my own but that's getting woken up once or twice overnight thanks to my dog and toddler.

I used to get 8-9. Not sure what happened but a few weeks ago started waking up at 3 or 4 am and not falling back to sleep. So now I'm averaging about 6 lol.

Man, I've had that happen before. I can usually fall back asleep but sometimes it's so hard. I find if I go to bed too early and I'm not tired enough then I'll sleep worse and that sort of thing will happen.

yea, I'm waiting for this to pass. I've tried going to bed later to reset the internal alarm clock, but I just wound up with even less sleep than before LOL
