I did mine with lizard skin spray on, its pretty good, but I want to put a layer of 150mil foam up there too.

Once I drop this Kicker Key in next week the headliner will be next. Waiting on parts to arrive :boink:

There's always one of you out there, isn't there. Not helpful at all. Why waste your time with some idiot remark?

I just need to solder the harness and get mine installed. Did you get the foam for the rear speakers?

Tip for doing the headliner, You dont need to remove it from the truck, you can lower it down onto the seats (folded back) and get to everything you need.

It's worth the price for the material, and worth the effort if you don't mind a couple days of doing the work. I would not pay anyone to do it though.

Looks good. Just waiting for my next shipment of sound deadener. I've been a little intimidated by this portion of the job, but got some good advice from another thread as well. Will be doing soon.

Nice. It is seriously labour intensive, mine took about nine hours when I did the floors and back panel. It makes a big difference, and worth the effort like you say.

Just purchased them on Amazon, saw your pictures lol. I wish I hadn't put the rear door panels on already.

They quoted $50 per door labour, plus material :annoyed:. They never would have gone to the level that I did! It felt really good to accomplish that job and get everything back where it all belonged.

Nice! Hit me up on PM if you needs some help. Some of those reviews people throw out the inner baffle saying it is difficult or useless. Don’t do that... it’s a guided wave for a reason

I thought that the doors were pretty easy in hindsight. I probably would have paid $100 to have it done originally. Mostly because I wouldn't have had a clue about what I was doing. Doing the doors gave me the courage to tackle the floors and back wall.
I'm sure I'll do the roof eventually, but I'm not exactly sure I'm comfortable tackling that yet.

I’m not so sure about that! Toyota has me driving a 19’ F-150 Super Crew 4x4 while they figure out how to make and deliver to my body shop a new frame (4 months and still waiting). This Ford is much larger and more powerful than my 17’ DCSB Tacoma, but yet the cabin is super quiet by comparison. Nothing like a Lexus, but very comfortable and quiet. It’s made me wonder about my decision to buy a Toyota!
