2015 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road 4X4 DCSB
Icon stage 2 suspension, LR UCA's, TRD exhaust, K&N CAI, 50" Curved Light Bar, undercover flex bed cover
    Anyone running this exact setup?
    2015 TRD DCSB OR 4x4
    Icon Stage 2 lift kit
    Light Racing (SPC) UCA's
    16" Method NV's
    BFG KO2's 285/75/16

I want to know if there is going to be major trimming done before I pull the trigger on wheels and tires.

Icon website says I should be able to run it without issue but just want to verify.

    Any help is appreciated! thanks!

Did you end up pulling the trigger on that set-up?

I’m damn close to that setup. Little bending of the pinch weld and minor plastic trimming near the pinch.

Only difference is Bilstein shocks set to 2.1” and Camburg arms.

    This right here.

If anyone says they fit 285's without rubbing, no flattening the pinch weld, and no cab mount chop they either 1. go over nothing bigger than the gutter to get into the mall parking lot, 2. are lying to you, or 3. have SPC UCA's and use them to move the tire forward for clearance and a damn good alignment guy who understands what you are trying to accomplish and even then some luck (you will definietly need to trim inner fender well if you go this route).

No cab mount chop here. 16” methods, 285/75/16 KO2 (has same size duratracs before that). No rubbing on the mount when I was 1.75” on 5100s with stock UCA, and no running there still on 6112 at 2.1” and Camburg arms. Plenty of wheeling and no reason to lie... pinch weld massaging was a must and plastic trimming near there also was a must. I thought for sure I would need the mount chop after the arms and 6112 but all clear there.

"Beat the pinch weld like it owes you money" mod, Bullshit job CMC, Last alignment was 3.0+ Caster. Was still rubbing on Cab mount cause of the terrible job me and my buddy did. Just had it redone and was super liberal with the cuts. Now I'm not rubbing at all.

I wouldn't worry to much about trimming. CMC can be easy for the right mod shop thats done it before. Pinch weld was probably the easiest part. Just make sure you seal it up. I used RTV silicone and then bed liner over the top of it.
