    Normal for a Chrysler product.

A product from FCA is like a bad girlfriend:

Pretty to look at, fun to be with, but can be an absolute PITA to actually live with.

Kinda like 1st and 2nd gen rust on Toyota frames. I mean, they have only been sealing with it for decades ....lol.

Not to mention Toyota manual transmission throwout bearings, axle wrap/driveshaft cluck and and fender bulges on FJ cruisers...That POS made my wifes LJ Jeep Rubicon second only to my 05 GMC Sierra 2500HD Duramax the most reliable/lowest TCO (consumables excluded) I have owned in the last 25 years. Thankfully my Tacoma has been problem free...so far.

To paraphrase buick - this is not your fathers Toyota...

But toyota is still a decent manufacturer, but nothing like they used to be.

Hood and roof oxidation on 1st gens. Weak, exploding gear sets on 2nd gens. Hood bonding issues on 3rd gens. Fake scoops.
    Lol.

Some folks would complain if they were hung with a new rope.

You can please some of the people all of time. All of the people some of the time. But, you can’t please all of the time.

What that old say missed was there really are some people you can never please.
